Nominations for the 29th Annual Razzie Awards

The nominations for the 29th Annual Razzie Awards have been announced.

Razzie or the Golden Raspberry Awards are created by John Wilson, an American copywriter and publicist, in 1980.

Wilson intended to counterpoint the Academy Awards by dishonoring or honoring the worst acting, screenwriting, songwriting, directing, and films that the film industry had to offer.

This year "Disaster Movie", "The Happening" and Paris Hilton Lead the pack.

The quality of Hollywood movie-making took a disastrous downturn in 2008.
