 Kara DioGuardi: Ties the knot
Wedding bells finally rang for the American singer-songwriter Kara DioGuardi. The 38 year old singer got married to teacher turned general contractor Mike McCuddy on July 5, 2009.
Danica Smith, DioGuardi's publicist, said that the couple tied the knot on Sunday in Prospect Harbor, Maine.
According to Smith the couple exchanged vows in front of about 30 guests, including friends and family members, at the prospect Harbor United Methodist Church in Prospect Harbor, Maine.
"American Idol" judge Kara DioGuardi, who wore a dress by Vera Wang, got engaged to McCuddy in December. The two met while McCuddy was working on a home adjacent to her property in Maine.
Kara DioGuardi has worked with Celine Dion, David Archuleta, Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, Demi Lovato, Paula Abdul and many others.
