Adam Lambert: Releases 'campy' album cover
Adam Lambert's new album is certain to stand out in a store because of the 'cover art'!
The album cover shows that Lambert is not afraid of being different. Irrespective of the doubts regarding his upcoming album after hearing 'Time for Miracles,' this one is sure to draw attention.
He has been very clear about the blue feathery hair, the black and yellow guyliner, the spacey background, the silly fonts - that he just wanted to be different.
Fan reactions seem to be a bit negative - some objected to his feminine looks, although he definitely always walked that line on 'American Idol.'
Lambert wrote on his Twitter page: "Thank you to those who appreciate and understand that the album cover is deliberately campy. It's an homage to the past. It Is ridiculous" and "For those that don't get it: oh well... Glad to have gotten your attention." |
